This street in Paris is the cutest thing on the entire planet and I am so jealous of every human who gets to live in one of these colorful homes. We totally lucked out and got to play on these streets just before it started to pour rain (I was barefoot of course, I mean gotta be in character right?? 😉 no but seriously we saw the rain coming and I didn’t want to ruin my Chanel shoes ha) And how cute are Beckam and Atticus playing? They were killing me. My friend Christine brought her 6 month old and they were so fascinated by each other – they would sit there and pet each others faces and not knowingly hold hands they kind of looked like little lovers hahah we were dying it was hilarious.

Later that night we went to dinner at this restaurant and I had Atticus sitting in his carseat with the straps off next to me. He started to cry and our waiter (who was really nice) came over and picked him up and just started playing with him and trying to make him laugh – he totally calmed him down haha! I maybe should have been freaking out or something but it was actually hilarious and also nice because I got to eat!! Free babysitting service in Paris. And seriously Europeans LOVE babies!!! Anyone who saw our babies would stop to play with them for a second and in Spain they would literally KISS his feet and hands – I kind of just went with it because, well, we don’t speak the same language haha I couldn’t tell them to please not to even if I wanted to, but either way I actually thought it was sweet and Atticus would always smile and laugh at them so I am pretty sure he loved it anyways.

Sooo excited that it is the WEEKEND!! Yay yay yay. Hope you all have a good one! xox

  1. Oh my gosh, I’m obsessed with this dress! Scouring the internet now for this one or similar! I know I’m 3 years late to the game but still…

And hey, if you still have this and ever decide you want to sell–this girl is SO interested. 🙂

  2. Such lovely pictures, Atticus looks so much like David! I love Paris and with living in The Netherlands, it’s just a 5 hour drive (or a 30 minute flight) away!

  3. Love this post! I follow Christine as well so I was super excited to see that you two are friends. I love how other cultures absolutely adore babies. My son was born in Japan and we would get stopped in the streets by ladies and teenage girls all the time telling me how “kawaii” (cute) he is. He has blonde hair and blue eyes so we were hard to miss I guess : ) I used to think pre-motherhood that I’d be much more uptight about people I didn’t know touching or even wanting to hold him (this has actually only happened internationally), but I always just went with it and embraced how sweet other cultures can be. We just completed our 25th flight this weekend (my son is 18 months) so I love how you’re traveling everywhere with Atticus : )

  4. How did he do on the flight out there? I was so nervous to take Penelope on her first flight and that was just to Michigan. Super cute outfit, I was wondering why you were barefoot but then I read your post…keep the Chanels clean! Lol

  5. Your look is so beautiful. I love your pictures with your baby!

  6. Great pictures! I live in Paris’ suburbs and I’ve never been there. I might go this week end because it looks beautiful. And yeah, us Europeans love babies!

  7. obsessed with this dress and it’s pretty watercolor watermelons, it reminds me of spring and france. how ironic 🙂

    xoxo hails.

  8. these pictures are so magical, and atticus is such a darling little baby!!

my family moved to italy for two years right after i was born and my mom always tells stories of how the italians just LOVED me, and how they would just take me and leave her to do her grocery shopping or eating and play with me the whole time. apparently one time, they were at a restaurant and the cook came out and took me and held me in the kitchen the whole meal! haha, how cool is that?! i wish us americans were more like that, so spontaneous and loving!

    xo mk

  9. My gosh, stop with the cuteness!
I am pretty sure if you have blog followers who were not really into kids are thinking about having one 24/7 now!

  10. oh my gosh. The pictures of you barefoot with Atticus are so stunning!! Also – love the story of him in Spain flirting with everyone! so sweet!! Have a wonderful weekend! xx
