Last week Rosie and I were up early and the boys were sleeping in so we played dress up. We were sent this handmade dress so I put it on her and decided to braid her hair because she was so calm and just chillin! She sometimes doesn’t mind when I do her hair and sometimes HATES it so I always take advantage when she lets me. I started with just one little braid and ended up with a full halo braid which just about killed me because it was SO CUTE. I want to make a little tutorial on how I did it because there are some tricks 😉 I seriously am so excited for years to come of braiding her hair. She wasn’t too happy when it was time to go to church though (as you can tell by those two pics). In fact we didn’t even make it the whole time because she was so sad and needed to come home to nap. zzzz. BUT for the time we were in church, Atticus and Ro were being soooo cute and funny — they were holding hands running through the halls trying to look for opportunities to be mischievous and naughty! ha! But it was so cute. They would run together and “hide” in a corner. I would be staring at them but they thought since they are in the corner I must not be able to actually see them 🙂 they were giggling so hard.

Anyways, just wanted to document these photos since it was a fun morning with my girlie and a fun day with my family. I am off to bed! Have a good Tuesday everyone! xo

  3. OMG stop it…. She looks so cute! Two questions: tips for cutting my daughter’s bangs? I don’t want to because it took her so long to grow hair (my bald baby) :)…. but they are out of control and always in her eyes. And I was wondering if you had a good place that you like to buy a cute cardigan from? kinda fitted, to wear over a work tank or something? plus afforable 🙂 TIA

  6. How cute!! I was the same way when I was little and my mom was a hairdresser. She said she learned how to cut hair fast and efficiently because I could stand staying still for too long haha. But when I did hold still we got some great hair styles. Thanks for sharing with us can’t wait to see the tutorial!

  7. This is so sweet! I love the little moments with your family that you share on here! And the bow detail on that dress?? 😍
