When we got to our HomeAway rental in Oia, the first thing I thought was – this place needs to be baby proofed haha. Luckily the walls are suuuper short but still too tall for him to even attempt to climb over but we had to block off all stairways and one little area where the wall was especially short! If Atticus were any older/taller it might have been a problem though, so definitely something to keep in mind if you go to Santorini with a baby. But anyways, how amazing is that rooftop? It really was the best view ever. It was also so nice because when you are in Europe its usually non stop – I have a list of things I want to see in every city and our schedules are usually pretty full going from place to place. But in Santorini we could just lounge on the rooftop, walk the streets of Oia and hit up cute little restaurants, and just relax.
I guess Copenhagen is known for their legos? They have lego stations at the airport for kids to play with and lego stores evvvverywhere. Atticus was really loving it so we found a giant lego store and bought him his first legos – he absolutely loves them and has been playing with them nonstop. It also rained a few times while we were there and baby A loved to crawl in the puddles and splash away.
We are currently at a hotel at an airport in London waiting for (another flight) tonight 🙁 we missed our flight last night and I was totally bawling at the airport! (embarrassing) but we were stuck in stopped traffic on the way there and I had even accounted for possible traffic but had NO clue it would take 2.5 hours instead of 45 minutes. We got there 45 min before the flight left but Norwegian Air wouldn’t let us check our bags because we had missed the check in by 15 minutes. I was soooo bummed! But Atticus was unusually happy when all of this was going down so I couldn’t stay sad for too long 🙂
