Crown/halo braids are reallllly time consuming and difficult so this is a much easier option that will still give you the same “wrap around” look (although fishtails in general are always quite time consuming but it takes out the difficult factor!) Its so nice to have your hair up and out of your face on hot days especially when you have a little one. My tutorial for this look as well as the milkmaid version is below.

  12. this is probably my favorite hairstyle when it comes to fishtail braids, I used to try it before when my hair was longer but now its way too short for it, oh well I’ll definitely try it when it grows long again.   16. gotta love my bfb tutorials! You always make them so easy to follow along. I use halo hair extensions right now (LOVE them!!!!) and I have a few clip in wefts but I need more so I have the flexibility with updos and stuff like this!

  17. Such a gorgeous hairstyle! And as always your tutorial is really well done.
    I have tried and tried to do the fishtail side braid and it never works out. I seriously think fishtail braids are the hardest of them all for some reason.
