Well I find this the hardest email to answer… Mostly because I dont just do one specific thing to work out, I am always mixing it up. Luckily I have my fiance who knows a lot about fitness to help me also! Okay so let me try to answer this question.
I am huge on lifting weights.. I hate when girls don’t lift weights because they don’t want to get “huge”.  I promise you, you will not get huge. 
Mondays: 30 min cardio, 3 sets of standing squats with a bar, 3 sets of lunges with weights, 3 sets of tricep dips, 3 sets of
