Hi everyone! Hope you all had a fab weekend. We had little A’s blessing at church and it was so special, David gave the sweetest blessing 🙂 Atticus wore this Burberry onesie that TRESemmé gave us when he was born. It was perfect for his special day so I had been saving it and it looked precious on him!

I wore my new shoes that I am completely in LOVE with. Honestly when I got them I was freaking out and couldn’t take them off. I kept making David acknowledge them haha and I am pretty sure he got sick of it but I just needed someone to gush over them with me! I have been in love with Manolo Blahnik heels for like ever – they are SUCH classics (hello SJP on Sex and the City and Olivia Palermo on her wedding day!) and I want them in every color.. one day. Which probably sounds like I am exaggerating but I am totally not and I don’t care how ridiculous that is. If I could collect one designer heel it would be these Manolos, they are everything. These yellow ones totally remind me of Belle from Beauty and the Beast!

I never thought I would ever be spending this much on shoes but once you do it one time and realize how amazing they are, you are hooked. The quality is outrageous and you just can’t beat the feeling of wearing quality shoes! Every girl needs (to save up for 🙂 ) a pair of classic black heels, leopard print shoes, kitten heels (because lets be honest, they are amazing if you are a mom! I could wear my kitten heel Valentinos all day.), and of course some flats! So I am sharing all of my favorites that I could sit and swoon over all day long….

  2. Amber – First off – Welcome to the South. Chicago born and raised and moved to GA 3 years ago.. still adjusting.. ekkk. Anyways – you and this post gives me hope! My boy collects guns and spends mucho dinero on them.. whenever a new purse crosses my e yes he tells me how much of a waste of $$ they are (let’s get real, he still spoils me, but spoils himself too 😉 ) Anyways. So i’m starting to get into classic shoes that I want/NEED – and the sammmme scenario ensues “They are a waste of money.” BUT THEY ARE COLLECTOR ITEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So from now on, i’ll use that…… that’s babe! Adorable as always. Such a fashion inspo. And baby A is adorbz as usual too.

  3. The shoes are beautiful but how earth do you fit a purchase like that in your budget, especially with a little one now. Just curious how you and your husband budget, do you set aside cash for extravagant purchases or do you use credit??

  4. Hey, Very good post and Beutiful family! Congratulation!

  5. How fun that you are featured on today! You are such an inspiration! Also baby blessings are the sweetest, xoxo to you and your perfect family.

  6. Beautiful shoes! Someday I would love to build up a collection from that designer as well! With that price tag, I don’t know if I would dare to wear them….haha 🙂 does it make you nervous to wear them out?

  7. Oh wow, those yellow shoes look like they come from a sweet fairy tale! I love them and you paired them really nicely with that long skirt! Bravo!

  8. You look beautiful… as always! I love reading your blog – you are so relatable, sweet, and little A is adorable! My little one is 10 and a half months and it is so funny seeing Atticus in that Burberry onsie because when she was his age she had one that looked JUST like that (girly version). My mother-in-law doesn’t speak english so well and kept calling it a “blueberry outfit.” You are definitely making me gush over those shoes, as well!
