DRESS: Saks Fifth Avenue // HEELS: Kate Spade // BAG: Chanel via Fashionphile // SUNGLASSES: Karen Walker // LIPSTICK: MAC ‘Sweet n Sour’

Any time I wear a dress I feel the need to twirl around so it flares out – it just makes my heart happy. This lace dress from Saks has a lining inside that makes it naturally flare out and it is my favorite thing!!! I wore this dress to a family event we had here in California and I absolutely love the fit of it. And of course the lace!

This is my first time to Beverly Hills and I was literally a school girl driving around and seeing all the niceness. Everything just looks expensive and I kind of love it (sue me!! a girl can like expensive looking things right?!). The houses are unreal and who wouldn’t want to live by cute signs and hotels and cafes and pass endless rose bushes on morning runs and be a stones throw away from Disneyland?! I seriously fell in love with the area. Annnd then we got stuck in traffic. Haha jk – well we actually did get stuck in stopped traffic and I was very saddened when our GPS said we had 47 miles left on that freeway BUT I still want to live there oh so bad one day, traffic and all. I wish we had more time there but we are now in Encinitas for a few days before we head to NYC! Can’t wait to tell you guys what we are headed to NYC for 🙂 watch my insta this weekend to find out!

**Thank you to Saks for sponsoring this post!! xo

    Justinetayla xx

  2. perfect braids as always. you should do like an advice/faq about how to add dimension to dark hair! i love how your braids look with all the different shades of blonde in there, but i have no idea what to do to my dark hair to make it look like that!

  3. “Family event”… you mean a funeral? Seems like an inappropriate place to be taking fashion pictures for a blog.

  4. Do you have family in Encinitas? We just barely moved from there up to OC (being a stone’s throw away from Disneyland really is amazing) and I am wondering if they were in our ward down there! Small world. (Ha! No pun intended.)

  5. I’m just so curious, what do you do for work that allows you to travel so much? And to afford such extravagant things? Do you get a discount on them? I’m tots interested in knowing!

  6. I will be in Encinitas as well! Maybe I will bump into you and your beautiful family 🙂 have a happy thanksgiving with your loved ones! ❤️

  7. Haha you summed up my feelings on Beverley Hills exactly! A girl can dream, nothing wrong with liking expensive things 😛 Also Disneyland, what more could you want.

    Gorgeous style as always!

  8. I love the way you styled this! And that braid is BEAUTIFUL!!! This is a perfect outfit for a day in the garden!!
