Okay to be perfectly honest sometimes when people ask my what my blog is called, I get embarrassed to tell them Barefoot Blonde!! Ahhh so silly I know and I dont know why but because it kind of sounds little kiddish and its usually when successful adults are asking me I feel silly because of the fact that it sounds somewhat cheesy and young. No body knows that I made it when I was 18, but the truth of the matter is, I’m almost ALWAYS barefoot! (Obviously not outside in the cold weather, although it’s been known to happen.) But here I am again, true to form, barefoot… in the kitchen. I wanted to show you guys a few of my favorite yummy healthy, quick and easy snack ideas. We always stock a good supply of the ingredients for these because I love them so much, and as you know from my Blue Apron posts, the easier the better is always my motto:) I am a total snacker and have to have snacks in between meals (and perhaps in the middle of the night? errr..) Anyhow, this is going to be just the beginning of a series of videos I do on health and fitness. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do these yummy snacks!
This first one is slices of cucumbers with hummus and turkey!! It is sooooo dang good and I could eat 10 million a day. You have to watch the video to see the other four! 😉
