I think I enjoy dressing my kids more than I do myself. No, I definitely enjoy it more. It is so fun to me and tiny clothes are so adorable. Especially during this stage when they don’t really care what they wear so I get to put together their outfits myself. In these looks, the kiddos are wearing Jumping Beans from Kohl’s! They have the cutest lil kid clothes and they are so comfy and soft. First thing David said is that he wanted Atticus’ tee because they are simple, cute, and soft. And I agree, nothing better than a soft tee.

The first Jumping Beans look is from the other morning when we went to get bananas from a nearby fruit stand. Atticus and I have been baking together a lot lately. It is so much fun for both of us and great bonding and learning experience. We have been making muffins, healthy (ish) cookies, breads, and more. He loves to measure everything and crack the eggs. He’s actually so good at cracking the eggs and the first time he did it I thought, oh okay I guess you know how to do that perfectly somehow? LOL. I must be a good egg cracker example 😉 jk. Anyways, we were in the mood for banana bread and went to get some. The kids love the little baby bananas – I do too because they’re so sweet. The fruit stand had a yummy frozen pineapple treat so we had to try it. On the way home we of course had to stop to see the cows! Atticus loves to stop and say hi anytime we see horses or cows.

The second look from Kohl’s that the kiddos are in is from our family night on the beach. One of our New Year’s Resolutions was to have family night every Monday. We go down to the beach and sing a song and have a theme for our night and spend time together. It’s so nice 🙂 So we got the kiddos dressed after a day playing in the sprinklers and headed down to the beach! I lovvve matching the kiddos and especially love when they can coordinate but not match perfectly.

*Thanks to Kohl’s for sponsoring this post.

  11. Cute! I love the simple looks! My little boy who is the same age as Atticus was helping me make brownies the other day. He got a little nervous to crack any more eggs after the first one went all over his hand! 😂 So fun to make little memories!
