JACKETS: Shop Jaydee c/o / JEANS: 3×1 (yes I wear these almost every day) / TEE: Two Songs / SHOES: Converse

By the time everyone reads this we will have a new president. We are watching all of the votes come in right now. It is SO stressful and my heart is racing. David and I voted – but I don’t discuss politics on here or social media because I don’t like the back and forth that comes with it so I chose not to talk about who we were voting for, etc! But let me tell you, this was not what I expected!!! (at least where the counts are at now!) sheesh! I am also such a grandma lately and like to be in bed by 11pm usually and its now 12:30 :/

Anyways, how about these denim jackets?! Shop Jaydee was so nice to send us these as a gift and I thought they were so fun! I love that patches are in right now because David and I collect patches from all the places we visit. We have been meaning to put them on a suitcase or backpack but haven’t yet! Patches are so fun 🙂

We love walking around this area of Central Park! If you are ever in the city, enter the park on the west side at 102nd St. and walk around the pond and follow the path through the park! It is absolutely beauuuutiful, especially this time of year!

Okay back to the election and then I am going to tryyyy to fall asleep! Miss Rosie wakes up SO early so if I don’t I will be one sleepy mama tomorrow. Goodnight/good morning all! xo

  6. Hi Amber! Gorgeous photos! I agree with you to not discuss politics, because as many people as there are, there are as many opinions, and everyone is entitled to their own. No need to create bashing when there’s so much hate in the world already.

These photos are so beautiful. Fall makes for THE best scenery ever!

  9. Hi Amber,

If the jackets were given to your family as a gift, shouldn’t they be listed as c/o in the description? Transparency is so important these days, especially in this crazy election cycle.

      1. Actually, according to laws and regulations set by the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) no, it’s not enough. As a reader, wouldn’t you want bloggers to be honest about which items they paid for and which were gifted to them, for free, by a company? Not disclosing such information is dishonest and deceptive. Amber added the c/o which was done without argument and that’s probably because she understands that it’s the right thing to do. Props to Amber for rectifying the error.

    1. Thanks so much babe!! And yes! I think shocked is the most appropriate word haha 🙂

    1. YES! You will love matching with your kiddos! It is too fun 🙂 Thanks for the sweet comment!!
