I am SOO sorry! I won’t have my tutorial up tonight the file is not uploading in the correct format…. I am hoping it will be working by morning, if not afternoon! So check back!
On another note, I just got the invitation to my own bachelorette party next week My maid of honor, Lauren is throwing me the party and my sissies and friends have been helping but let me tell you, I am so excited. I told you guys a while ago how I kind of went through and cleaned out people in my life.. got rid of the ones who weren’t true friends. I love all my friends that are left and I can’t wait to party with them!
My cousin as she was planning it asked me if it was okay if she made the party (for lack of better words) a ‘raunchy’ one. (only meaning we have (man part) shaped cookies, play pin the (fire-hose) on the fireman, ya know the usual bachelorette party silliness) and I said … duh. Then she asked what if someone gets offended? And I said I don’t think I have friends like that.
(obviously there is an age for those silly things aka when you are getting married for you younger girls reading this!)
But I can’t stand to be around people who get offended so easily. A while ago I got this comment on my blog in response to this post (me saying my hair was greasy and I looked like a homeless person):
I sent a screen shot to my fiance and we laughed our heads off. We do that a lot to the silly things people get so worked up over. Its like we are all walking on egg shells just waiting for an opportunity to get offended and call someone out. Especially having a blog that is open for the public, anytime I write I feel like I am walking on egg shells and constantly have to re word things as to not offend the people who think it is the worst thing on earth to say “I look like a homeless person” etc.
Not saying we should all not have filters, because we should, and there are some things that should never be joked about or taken lightly. But have you guys seen Jimmy Kimmel’s “I told my kid I ate all their halloween candy again” video from this year? It is hilarious. And the last few will melt your heart. But read the comments below. People are calling him out saying he is cruel for doing such a thing to kids and that the kids are ridiculous for crying about their candy being gone. See what I mean?
Life is fun, things are funny. So lets laugh about them.
